CagdCrvStruct *CagdCrvReverse(CagdCrvStruct *Crv)
DESCRIPTION
Returns a new curve that is the reversed curve of Crv by reversing the
control polygon and the knot vector of Crv is a Bspline curve.

Crv: To be reversed.
